Yoon Eun Hye and Park Shi Hoo in Talks for Comeback Through New Film, “After Love”
It’s been reported that actress Yoon Eun Hye and actor Park Shi Hoo are in talks to come back to the big screen through the Chinese-Korean collaboration film “After Love.”
On October 24, both parties revealed to Newsen that,
“It is true that we received a cast offer for ‘After Love.’ However,
we’re only at a stage where we have just put it into a state of positive
consideration. There is no definite casting decisions made yet.”
Yoon
Eun Hye and Park Shi Hoo’s big screen comeback have been garnering much
attention in the film industry, as rumors were being spread under the
radar.
Park
Shi Hoo’s return is especially of great interest, since his sexual
harassment incident last year. After that he quietly made a comeback in
China through the film “Scent.”
He has been very cautious and hesitant in making a comeback in Korea,
and if this deal goes through it would be his first Korean project since
his 2012 film, “I Am a Murderer” (a.k.a. “Confession of Murder”).
Meanwhile,
“After Love” will be a film that has received much investment from
China. It will depict the story of the love and breakup between a man
and a woman. This traditional melodrama film will be shot in China as
well as Jeju Island in Korea. It will have its crank in later this year
once the major characters have all been cast.

SBS new Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Hyde Jekyll, and Me’ released photo from Hyeon-Bin and Han Ji-Min’s underwater romance scene to raise expectation to the first broadcasting.
The released photo was taken at studio in Gyeonggi-do Pocheon specialized in underwater shooting. Even though the weather was cold, Hyeon-Bin and Han Ji-Min entered the water to act with all their hearts.
Hyeon-Bin is ready to jump into the water wearing white shirts, black pants and neat shoes. Han Ji-Min is drinking hot tea in the costume she wears in the drama. Han Ji-Min in the water looked like a doll even though she wore almost no make-up.
This scene is what Han Ji-Min mentioned in the production conference that it was hard. Han Ji-Min said, “It was our first shooting, and it was underwater shooting. I was afraid that I have to enter the water, but Hyeon-Bin was a big support for me as he was from the marine. I had faith that he will save me even though I’m almost drowning.”
Meantime, ‘Hyde Jekyll, and Me’ is about the romance of a woman with a man with two personalities; the worst guy ‘Jekyll’ Goo Seo-Jin and the sweetest guy ‘Hyde’ Robin. It will be broadcasted from January 21.

Lee Jong-suk, Park Shin-hye’s characters get married in ‘Pinocchio’

The last episode of hit SBS drama “Pinocchio,” starring actor Lee Jong-suk and actress Park Shin-hye, aired on Thursday.
In the last episode, Ki Ha-myung (Lee) and Choi In-ha (Park) end up getting married after gaining approval from Choi Gong-pi (Byun Hee-bong), the adoptive father of Ha-myung and grandfather of In-ha.
Choi disapproves of their marriage at first but changes his mind after finding an intimate photo of the couple.
Later, he visits Ha-myung to allow their marriage, saying, “I am sorry. You can live with your own name. You can get rid of the name Dal-po.”
Also, Ha-myung and In-ha expose the wealthy chief executive Park Ro-sa’s attempts to abet a murder. Park is given a three-year sentence.
“Pinocchio,” a romantic story about reporters’ mission to deliver the truth, was highly popular among local viewers.
The drama started on Nov. 12 and ended on Thursday with a viewer rating of 13.3 percent.

According to Nielsen Korea, the new MBC drama "Kill Me, Heal Me" rated 10.3%. This is 1.4% higher than the previous episode.
